Why are you the best candidate for this position
As a psychology student, I have acquired skills that is related to training and human resources. I am currently taking a group intervention methods class which is a course that let me gain more knowledge about intervention techniques and how to do an intervention properly. During the class, I also get an opportunity to make and executing a training. Moreover, I also have taken an educational psychology and organizational psychology class which the knowledge from those courses could help me in designing the training and curriculum.
During my study, I also have actively joined an organizations and projects that makes me improve my skills in various areas. As you can see on my resume, during my AIESEC journey whether it is AIESEC in UI or South Korea, I have gained several experiences in handling a project as well as working on education related jobs such as creating a syllabus, arranging teaching materials, and conceptualizing and monitoring a project. Moreover, during my experience as a development manager at ME Indonesia, I also could get an experience on developing human capital, as my job is to create and executing my own program that is aimed for the development of the employee. From the experiences, I also could improve my teamwork and communication skills as I have always been working on a group and socializing with a diverse group of people. Therefore, I believe that my educational background, experiences, and knowledge are suitable for this role.
