Why are you the best candidate for this position
I have been in love with tea for most of my life. My abiding adore for tea can be traced back to when I was a child. Inheriting my father's love of tea, I drink tea almost every day. From the simple fresh tea leaves at home to the premium dry tea boxes from abroad, I am always passionate about discovering all the tea flavors in the world. As a highly observant person with a passion for understanding the needs of others, I am excited at the idea of working to bring tea’charming to many people. I'm writing to express my interest in the Marketing Intern position and discuss my suitability for the role in Yoshimura Ink. I believe that Yoshimura Ink is the proper setting in which my values would be contributed to a valuable cause.
During my previous role at Vietnam Association of Japan Alumni, I regularly assisted to plan and organize exchange events between Vietnam and Japan and the association's annual events. I had the opportunity to be the organizer of so many exchange programs for high school and middle school students, such as Kakehashi , NIYE Junior, TYCA, and JENESYS. These programs are held by Japanese Government to cultivate youths who are rich in international sense corresponding to the global society through international exchange for youths of Japan and of ASEAN member countries. Besides, I also played an integral part in supporting for selecting Government scholarships’ candidates through interview. The chance to work with candidates for MEXT-ASCOJA, Postdoctoral Fellowship Program for Foreign Researchers (TIFO) has left me with valuable experience and practical knowledge. Not only that, it was an occasion for me to participate in and support international scientific conferences such as ASCOJA, JASE.
As an Cooperation & Development staff in Interdisciplinary institute for culture, language and education fostering (CLEF) has left me with valuable chances to work in the education professions. Participating in Planning and managing of cooperation projects between CLEF and education organizations, high schools to develop Japanese learning in Vietnam helps me get an overview of foreign language education in Vietnam. In making sure that that the programs are went smoothly, I also I also provide support and coordinate learning activities. Additionally, I played a major role in supporting experts' research projects in the fields of culture, language and education. I had the opportunity to learn from the top experts in conducting surveys and conducting qualitative research.
From these precious experiences, I have been able to develop my creativity and my abilities to build effective programs. I am accustomed to fast-paced work, have an excellent track record as a planner, forging strong relationships with partners, and able to meet many demands in a short period of time. The high volume of problems with multiple requiries trained me to handle situations quickly and effectively. I work equally well in team-oriented and self directed environments and find challenges stimulating. I pride myself on my communication skills and professionalism.
My previous work experience required creativity in many areas. I can bring not only my experience from my previous job, but my general passion for creativity, stability and professionalism, to your company.
