Why are you the best candidate for this position

Dear Hiring Manager of Yoshimura Ink.,

I am writing to express my interest in becoming a Japanese Tea Marketing Intern at Yoshimura Ink. Given my range of skills and experience, I believe I would be a suitable candidate for this position.

I am currently working for one of the product teams at a not-for-profit organization in Indonesia. When I started, the number of customers faced a drastic drop of 800% due to the pandemic. Hence, I advised them to promote the product from their digital channel that suited our customer persona - LinkedIn. I also encouraged them to do online event marketing. Through those activities, the number of customers gained growth by 450% within six months. I also initiated the transition of the organization's LinkedIn page from a B2B platform to a B2C one alongside the content team because I found out that our LinkedIn followers’ profile matched with our product's customer persona. The initiation increased the lead from LinkedIn by 300%.

In the middle of this experience, I took an opportunity to become a Marketing Intern at a local start-up. I collaborated with the content team to create content marketing for e-commerce. I suggested applying an empathy marketing strategy to align with the value of e-commerce. Within two weeks, we gained an engagement rate of 71.4%. This experience honed my time management skills as I need to divide my time for both internship and organization responsibilities.

Last year, I handled the marketing of a product as a part of the product team at a local level. I promoted the program regularly through physical attractions and my account. This experience also required me to become a customer service. I approached and persuaded potential customers with a personalized method such as aligning with their tone of language. Through this activity, I persuaded more than 80 people to join the program.

I have attached my CV to provide further information on how my experience meets your requirement.

Thank you for your consideration.

Best regards,

Karina Nailazahwa.
