Role

The Outreach intern will be responsible for supporting the outreach operations and strategy to reach different communities through our digital platforms. They will:
· Have strong written as well as spoken communication and project skills with a
passion for social change.
· Be detail-oriented while having a strong understanding of our overall goals
and vision.
· Be working closely with the Directors and other members in organizing
events, campaigns and programs.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analyze strategies for outreach through various social
media channels including email marketing
• Understand the mission and needs of the organization, adapt outreach
strategies to align with the organization’s best practices
• Generate surveys, design data collection tools, review and report responses,
identify problems/challenges related to cold outreach activities
• Generate a lead pool through various social media channels and consistently
reach out to warm, cold as well as hot leads for maximum conversion
• Effectively manage funnels end to end with support of the social media and
marketing team
• Coordinate activities related to budget funding and prepare related
documents/reports (pledging, work programmes, programme budget, etc.)
