Role

Overview

We are seeking a motivated IT Sales Executive to join our team with the important mission to help LIFESUP penetrate English-speaking Markets. You will get hands-on experience in understanding market insights by market research, gain knowledge of IT business, enhance sales and communication skills as well as constantly take over new responsibilities. But that is not all, you will have the chance to actively participate in the development of LIFESUP.

Responsibilities

- Sales according to the company’s software projects.
- Maintain and build trust in existing customers, find new customers, update customers’ information into the company’s database.
- Collect customer feedback to improve product quality and provide IT product’s quote prices.
- Market research about trends and customers' tastes about IT solutions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Customers relation, ...
- Negotiate contract and conduct other steps in the selling process.
- Make weekly business report.
