Role

Overview

This training is expected to increase interest in Japan's entertainment/wellness sector by examining the differences between the market environment in Japan and other countries and regions. We also expect to promote cross-cultural understanding through active interaction with our employees.

Responsibilities

- Learn about the entertainment/wellness industry. You also learn about the industry's current growth in Japan and worldwide.
- Learn about the host company's corporate philosophy, its thoughts on the products it offers, and its own operating methods and products.
- Research the level of interest in the wellness and AR sectors in the trainees' home countries and what needs exist by doing questionnaires to the trainees and their acquaintances. The purpose is industry research and does not use specific company or company names.
- Research customer issues related to sleep and habituation in the trainees' home countries and the establishment of personas.
- Research the customer handling methods of the services offered by the companies and how customers react to them in the trainees' home countries.
- Write a report based on training content 3~5.
- Employees are invited to report on their learning from training content 3~5 and the training as a whole in the form of a presentation.
