The project will focus on understanding traditional trade of a developing market, comparing the learnings with our local markets and developing for EBM biscuit category: 1. Segmentation Strategy 2. Visibility Strategy for Pakistan traditional trade. In developing markets, traditional trade is the largest channel with the largest reach. For this channel, stocking up of high rotation categories is the most important mission.
• Research on the model of the traditional trade in the developing countries
• Compare the learning with the local trade pattern within Pakistan
• Devise a segmentation and visibility strategy for EBM
• Go on market visits of their base town (optional)
• In depth analysis that will identify the similarities and comparison between Pakistan’s local trade vs global local trade
