Role

Overview

Help with service planning and strategies personalized to customers seeking to solve problems and clarify doubts.

Responsibilities

Communication with customers;
Recognize and resolve customer complaints;
Record interactions, transactions, comments and
customer complaints;
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the
customer service;
Create e-mail newsletter;
SAQ;
Create content for social media;
Ensure customer satisfaction.
