Role

Overview

Customer Service is responsible for listening to customers’ concerns, issues, and questions, resolving customer inquiries via Social Platforms such as Website, Fanpage, and Email…, and responding promptly and politely to all messages, requests, searches, and complaints regarding the information provided, product & service consulting, insurance requests, problems solving, handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution, micro-manage.

Responsibilities

- Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions and resolve customer inquiries via Social Platforms such as Websites, Fanpage, Emails…
- Respond promptly and politely to all messages, requests, inquiries, complaints regarding the information provided, product & service consulting, insurance requests, problem-solving
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Micromanage and keep track of the information delivery and complaints solving.
- Promptly collaborate with other related departments to solve customer requests until customer requests are entirely made.
- Report for the Supervisor/Head of the Department
- Complete all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department.
