Role

Overview

The applicant will work 6 Months in the company with AIESEC and 12 more months with the company directly. Overall the time period would be 18 months.
Your objective as an Executive Assistant is to bring control to the chaos! In this role, you are a force multiplier; the success of the Founder (and ultimately the company) and your success are intertwined. Your objective is to help the founder do their best work for the company.

Responsibilities

1. Inbox Management.
a. Manage inbox and all communication: Email, Slack, WhatsApp, etc
2. Diary Management
a. Help book meetings
b. Help prepare for meetings
c. Reach out to clients before meetings to confirm agenda etc
d. Follow up after meetings to confirm action points and support needed
e. Help the founder always be one step ahead
3. Daily support
a. Catch up with the founder daily on upcoming activities and what support is needed on general ad hoc duties
b. Help protect their time
c. Help them prioritize and keep progressing with priority or ‘gain’ tasks
4. Team support / Blockers
a. Help field teams Blockers, clarify the problem, solve or escalate to founder daily to ensure swift resolution
5. To help the Founder keep the business moving forward and stay organized
a. Help them stay on top of all the different initiatives across the company.
b. Help them prioritize, stay on track, be accountable, and move forward. (Slack/Asana/Loom)
c. Help founder achieve their sprint goals (gain tasks)
d. Help founder keep oversight on team sprint goals
e. Help founder with management and oversight of team
f. Help the founder keep moving towards company goals

- Shortlisted Candidates will have an initial interview
- Successful candidates' portfolios will be sent to the company and will have another interview
- Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the AIESEC entity and move on with the process
