Overview


Study the Hygiene of the SnOP process and suggest controls for better discipline

Responsibilities


• Find out the parameters need to be assessed for the SnOP hygiene process.
• Make scoring at the scale of 1 to 10 for each parameter.
• Use globally accepted templates and templates for the assessment process so that no ambiguity on the process by stake holders.
• A criteria to be mapped out with proper parameters and frequency of checks and balance.
• Research on the global practices that are used to assess the hygiene of the Sales & Operations Planning Process
