Role

Overview

As a tech talent acquisition, you will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent primarily for Engineering and IT roles. You will be involved in defining, designing, and implementing sourcing strategies for Breathe, focusing on engaging top technical talent. Your exceptional sourcing skills and passion for tech recruitment will be what sets you up for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Take a proactive approach to identify, engage and attract only the best Engineering talent in the market
- Conduct phone screens and sourcing as you are managing multiple conversations
- Ready to help a business find the best people
- Take a systematic and data-driven approach to challenges
- Ensure a fair, equitable, and inclusive process for all candidates
