Role

Overview

We are looking for an Account Manager (Intern) who will be responsible for closing sales, building relationships with new clients and sustaining long-term relationships with existing clients. You will encourage repeat business and ensure that clients are satisfied with company products and services.

Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients.
- Ensure that all contracts and necessary paperwork are signed.
- Maintain an accurate record of client payments.Share the internal information with completed project/campaign/creative objectives of the client within the team
- Resolve client complaints in a professional manner and reporting them to management as required.
- Develop and maintaining solid client relationships by regularly following up on clients.
- Secure project overview reports
