Role

Overview

Your main responsibility will be training, supporting customers how to use our company's software. Customer Service Trainer responsibilities include facilitating on-the-job coaching, developing educational material and organizing training sessions for new hires. If you’re familiar with teaching soft skills like negotiation and problem-solving, it will be a great advantage.

Responsibilities

1/ Installing software, instructing how to you, supporting customers
2/ Collecting Customer ‘s feedbacks to improve our product
3/ Creating a daily report for the Manager
4/ Develop digital and educational materials
5/ Ensure new customers take on basic software training courses, troubleshooting skills
